Women in leadership roles are switching jobs at a higher rate than has been seen in past years. The ambition and determination to grow professionally, along with facing more challenges than their male counterparts, have led to a wave of women seeking out roles and organizations that will allow them to pursue their professional goals without additional setbacks. 

 

Executive and senior-level roles are coveted by many across all industries and navigating the path to growth is rarely easy. Jordi Yarborough, VP of Stakeholder and Government Relations Engagement at SC Ports and Laura Ullrich, Senior Regional Economist at the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, have spent their careers climbing to the top of their industries, overcoming challenges and learning lessons along the way. 

 

We are excited to have Jordi and Laura join our discussion, moderated by Liz Ashley, Founder and Chief Aligner at Align, on August 10, at Embassy Suites by Hilton, Charleston Harbor.
